Why not Laptops for Teachers?

Pakistani society is facing some grave issues in the promotion of education either cultural or scientific, based on research. A very appreciating step was taken by CM Shahbaz Sharif for the promotion of education through the initiative step of Laptop schemes in Punjab Province. This step should also be taken by the other provincial government to take over the illiteracy issue and to encourage the students by modern tools of education. This will help the students to have the access to e-books, e-journals, e-articles and other informative websites. By using this tool they can have a deeper look to the information, and no doubt, internet is a tool to provide you quick access to information. Instead of paying so much time in searching a book into catalogues and then to the library shelf, you may simply have to click a button and then gather your required information. A healthy educational environment can be foreseen. But a problem is being felt by my conscious; this scheme will bring a lot of access to student, but what about teachers then? Those teachers will be still delivering the lectures from the books. Why isn't there any Laptop for those professors who cannot manage to have these research tools for themselves? A student has prepared the lecture from internet but a teacher is prepared from book. There can be a conflict of both, so what I have felt is that the teacher should also be given these laptops so that both can be satisfied for a knowledge thirst. I present my deep regards to CM Shahbaz Sharif for taking a developing step towards educational sector. Thank You Sir.
